Work hard for easy Money

Make a million over night, make thousands weekly, make money doing nothing. We have all read the ads, heard the sad stories and yet people get caught every day, trying to make a quick buck. The only people that are making money are those who are working hard to entice you into parting with your cash. They make the money while you sit swearing and cursing that you have been caught.

There are many ways to make money, there is one ingredent that you can not do with out and that is a thing that a great many people don't want to do. It is a thing called work.

I have been selling for 40 years and I have seen some of the best sales people go by the way side due to not putting in the hours. I have a case in point right now.

Let me first just explain something. People buy the things they need. People most often don't buy the things they want. Why? because they don't need them. I have a product that 9 out of 10 people need. It is so simple to sell because people can see the product working even before one has demonstrated, it just makes logical since. People like the idea as soon as they hear about it.

That said, I had a very gifted fellow who started work at my company a few months ago and a middle aged lady who started on the same day. They both had the same training. He asked me if I would spend a day with him in the field selling. He thought he was doing something wrong and thus his figure were low.

He was to pick me up at the office at 7.30, well he pitched at 8. Half an hour lost before the day started, on the way to his first call he needed a cup of coffee. By 1pm he had had 5 cups of coffee and down just 3 calls and at 3pm we were back at the office. He was quick to then ask if I knew what he was doing wrong. Well I must be honest here, I just paid him what he was due and said good by.

The lady on the other hand walked into the office at 5.30 dropped her orders for the day and ask me how long I would still be at the office. I said about an hour, she asked if her daughter could wait for her in the office she just wanted to pick up one more order. This lady is doing what some many don't want to do. She works. Her pay cheque proves that she works. She is making real good money and frankly all she is doing is seeing clients, the product does the rest. She has only been with the company 5 months and has just bought a new car cash. That's what I call easy money.

She has taken the chance provided her with both hands. I know she is not a great sales person, but she has taken the little training she got and seen the future and is working not just for a few hours a day, she works all day. Her pay cheque proves it, put the hours in and the results will come.

Another example is of a husband and wife that wanted to market my product. I did the normal things, gave them all the information etc. Told them to first make sure that they wanted to go a head, told them to have a look at any other jobs that they may be interested in. They came back to me saying that they had looked at two other possibilities and would like to go with my product as they felt that they would not have to work that hard to make a go of it. I told them that they would be better of doing something else. They did, they bought into a scheme that promised them huge returns and if they had worked really hard they could have made ends meet but they sat back and waited for the money to come running down the road. Guess what, that money went right past their door.

I can provide a real easy product to sell, the market is every where, people need the product, but what I can't do is teach you how to work. The old saying take a horse to water but you can't make him drink is so true here. I can send you to war with all the weapens and ammo you need, I can even tie the enemy to a tree but if you don't want to pull the trigger you are going to loose the war.
